AquaDance 3328 High Pressure Showerhead Review: Performance
Pros
- Nice-looking design
- Wide range of finishes
- Combo showers
- Easy installation
- Simple maintenance
- Lifetime warranty
Cons
- Plastic
- More difficult to install
There are six spray settings you can adjust with the click-lever dial. They are Power Rain, Pulsating Massage, Power Mist, Rain Massage, Rain Mist, and Water Saving Pause mode. If you need a maximum amount of pressure, switch to the “Power” modes like Power Rain and Power Mist. Although all of the modes can inject different amounts of pressure to the water stream, these Power modes can give the most.
But the most notable spray mode is the Water Saving Pause Mode. The mode significantly reduces water usage while still maintaining a great level of comfort. Even though water consumption is slashed, customers still reported high-pressure performance. This made it an ideal showerhead for sailors and RV-ers who often have to deal with under-powered and limited water systems.
Design
Having both the flexibility of a handheld and the greater coverage of a large-diameter rain shower head is an attractive offer. And the fact that its pressure performance is rather impressive only sweetens the deal.
Like mentioned, the AquaDance 3328 has two sprayers: a 4-inch hand shower and a 7-inch rain shower attached to the bracket. It is equipped with a three-way diverter for you to switch between one sprayer to another. You can also use both at the same time if you want to.
Be advised, though, that using both sprayers at the same time can drastically reduce the shower’s pressure. If possible, we highly recommend that you only use one at a time.
The 3328 is constructed from ABS, but it is understandable in this case. The lightness of ABS reduces strain on the shower arm, which has to bear the weight of both sprayers. This helps increase the system’s longevity as a result.
There are three finishing options, the first is chrome, second, being brushed nickel, and the third option is oil-rubbed bronze.
Installation
Setting up a dual takes a little bit more patience and effort than a single showerhead, although AquaDance did a decent job of simplifying the process. The installation can take about 30 minutes, It doesn’t re special tools, but
Warranty
Covered by lifetime warranty policy against damages and faulty parts, this combo shower head will last you quite some time.
